Our aim is to prevent the spread of blood borne viruses and sexually transmitted infections in the community. To accomplish this we distribute injecting equipment, condoms & lube, and provide wide access to syringe disposal. We also provide information, education and referral.

INNERSPACE is a
Primary Needle & Syringe Program (NSP).
Our NSP is the first desk you come to when you walk in the door of
Innerspace. You are welcome to simply collect injecting equipment and
leave, if that's what you want to do. Or you can go through to the
client area to access the many other services that we have at
Innerspace.

This discreet car based service will deliver and collect injecting equipment throughout the inner north east suburbs, from West Melbourne and North Melbourne, through Parkville, Carlton & North Carlton, Fitzroy & North Fitzroy, Collingwood, Clifton Hill, Fairfield, Abbottsford and Richmond, to Hawthorn and Kew.
Syringe Disposal
Innerspace and all other NYCH sites have a chute that provides 24 hour access to syringe disposal. The City of Yarra also provides syringe disposal units in all public toilets and in many places around Yarra where syringe litter has been a problem.
